New Video: 3 Halloween Sparkling Cocktails

This Halloween why settle for serving one cocktail, when you can serve three sparkling cocktails with no extra effort! Kris&Noah show you how to make three horror movie inspire cocktails with sparkling wine: Black Lagoon, Dracula’s Kiss, and The Candyman.

Black Lagoon

  • Dark Stout Beer (like Guinness)
  • Sparkling Wine

Half fill a champagne flute with the beer, then top off with sparkling wine.

Dracula’s Kiss

  • Raspberries (frozen or fresh)
  • Raspberry Liquor (like Chambord)
  • Sparkling Wine

Roughly crush the raspberries and add to a champagne flute.
Pour 25ml of Raspberry Liquor to the berries, and top off with sparkling wine.

The Candyman

  • Honey Sugar Syrup
  • Scotch Whiskey
  • Apple Juice
  • Sparkling Wine

Add ice to a cocktail shaker, and pour in a full jigger of Honey Sugar Syrup, and a half jigger of Apple Juice.
Pour in a half jigger of Scotch Whiskey, and shake to combine.
Strain contents of shaker into a champagne flute and top off with sparkling wine.

Want a refreshing cocktail with just a hint of heat? Our Pineapple and Gin Martini is the perfect recipe.

Inspired by our travels to Hong Kong’s Four Seasons Hotel, this cocktail gives you a bit of a kick with refreshing and zest pineapple juice, vodka and a touch of heat with fresh ginger.

Pineapple and Ginger Martini

  • 5cm knob of fresh ginger, pounded
  • 1 shot Vodka
  • 2 shots Pineapple Juice
  • Splash of Lime Juice Cordial

Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker and shake over ice. Strain contents into a martini glass, and enjoy.
